The belt is available in Small/Medium (best fits 29"-34" waists) and Large/Xlarge (35'-40') size options. Small stretch pockets provide stowing options for gels, a cellphone, or other small items. Built-in compression straps make the pockets expandable and allow you to cinch down contents to keep them secure. A stretch rear pocket securely carries the included 20 ounce soft flask.
